If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund policy to address your concerns. - Eligibility for Return:
Return will be accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear and tear.
- Requesting a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- a. Visit Return/Exchange My Order Page and follow the screen instruction to place your return or exchange. In case of any issue, contact our customer support team on chat support or customercare@linoperros.com to inform them of your intent to return the product.
- b. Provide the necessary order details and reason for the return.
3.Return Shipping
The return of the package will be initiated by Lino Perros. Pick-up details will be shared as per the initiation date post request.
- Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. In the case of COD orders, the customers will need to provide valid account details to the on the Return/Exchange My Order page initiation of refund.
- Non-Refundable Items:
Personalized or customized items and products on sale are not eligible for refunds.
- Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged, missing or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund in such cases.

Return & Refund Policy for Orders Containing Freebies on Cart value Condition
To ensure a smooth return and refund process, please note the following conditions:
1.Eligibility for Refund:
If your order contains a free product and another product, and you wish to return part of your order, the refund will only be processed if:
- Both the wallet and the other product are returned together.
- If the total order value falls below offer price (₹2500) after the partial return.
2.Partial Returns:
- If the total order value remains above ₹2500, the refund will be processed as per our standard policy.
- If the total order value drops below ₹2500 after a partial return, both items (wallet and the other product) must be returned for a refund to be processed.
3.Non-Compliance:
- If only one item is returned and the total order value falls below ₹2500, the refund will not be processed.
